Location: A49 Wilderspool Causeway, Warrington, located on the left-hand side of the road just after its junction with Menin Avenue.

Enforcement Length: Runs between Loushers Lane to north west of Causeway Avenue.

Notes: This camera joined the National Camera programme in November 2004 . Within this stretch of road there have been 16 collisions over 3 years resulting in 24 casualties. Speed surveys show that 36% of traffic exceeds the speed limit.The aim of the camera is to ensure compliance with the 30 mph speed limit in an urban area. This site has numerous junctions and the area is used by pedestrians from nearby schools, college and industrial area.
