Location: On the left-hand side of the road when travelling in the direction of Chester between Station Road and Long Lane, Alpraham.

Enforcement Length: Runs between 50 metres west of Stonehouse Lane to 50 metres east of Yew Tree Close

Speed Limit: 40 mph

Notes: The aim of the camera is to ensure compliance with the 40 mph limit on entry to the village from high-speed 60 mph road. The A51 is a major route from West Midlands (M6) through to Chester and North Wales. This site was introduced by the Highway Authority as a safety measure before the start of the safety camera programme. As such we do not have the casualty and speed details for this site.
