Location: On the left hand side of the carriageway when travelling towards Congleton town centre adjacent to the entrance of Church House (pubic house).

Speed Limit: 40 mph

Notes: This camera joined the scheme in April 2005 .The aim of the camera is to ensure compliance with the 40 mph speed limit in an urban area on the approach to the town centre from a high-speed rural route on a slight downhill gradient. This site was introduced by the Highway Authority as a safety measure before the start of the safety camera programme. As such we do not have the casualty and speed details for this site.
