Location: On the footpath of the A556 Rudheath, on the left hand side of the dual carriageway when travelling in the direction of Manchester, between junctions with King Street, Rudheath roundabout and London Road, Davenham roundabout.

Enforcement Length: Enforcement runs between Old Chester Road to just east of Godscroft Lane

SPEED LIMIT: 70 MPH

Notes: It has a national speed limit. The aim of the camera is to ensure compliance with the speed limit prior to Rudheath roundabout and prevent rear-end collisions at the junction caused by vehicles approaching the junction too fast. This site was introduced by the Highway Authority as a safety measure before the start of the safety camera programme. As such we do not have the casualty and speed details for this site.
