Location: Located on A557 Weston Point Expressway, Runcorn to Liverpool, on the left-hand side of the carriageway when travelling in the direction of Liverpool.

Enforcement Length: Enforcement runs between 100 metres north of Sandy Lane underbridge to Cheshire's Lane underbridge.

SPEED LIMIT: 60 MPH

Notes: This camera joined the National Safety Camera Programme in  April 2003 . Within this stretch of road there have been 11 collisions over three years resulting in 13 casualties. Speed surveys show that 14 % of traffic exceeds the speed limit.The aim of the camera is to ensure compliance with the 60mph speed limit on a dual carriageway road, before the slip roads. This road is subject to significant HGV traffic (with 50 mph limit).
