Notes: This camera joined the National Safety Camera Programme in April 2003. Within this stretch of road there have been 12 collisions over three years resulting in 23 casualties. Speed surveys show that 95% of traffic exceeds the speed limit.The aim of enforcement is to ensure compliance with the 40mph speed limit on the dual carriageway in an urban area.
