Location: Harpers Road, Fearnhead, Warrington.

Enforcement Length: Runs between Pasture Lane to Freshfield Drive.

SPEED LIMIT: 30 mph

Notes: This camera joined the National Camera Safety Programme in  April 2003. Within this stretch of road there have been five ollisions over three years resulting in 11 casualties. Speed surveys show that 38% of traffic exceeds the speed limit. The aim of enforcement is to ensure compliance with the 30mph speed limit on the approach to bends in an urban area.
