Location: On the left hand side of the carriageway when travelling in the direction of Stockton Heath prior to the entrance with Warrington Golf Club.Enforcement Length: Runs between Bridgefoot Island to Smith Street.

SPEED LIMIT: 40 MPH

Notes: The aim of the camera is to ensure compliance with the 40mph speed limit down on a slight downhill gradient on approach to the residential area of Appleton from the M56 motorway.This site was introduced by the Highway Authority as a safety measure before the start of the Safety Camera Programme. As such, we do not have the casualty and speed details  for this site.
