Notes: This camera joined the National Safety Camera Programme in May 2003. Within this stretch of road there have been 14 collisions over 3 years resulting in 19 casualties. Speed surveys show that 38% of traffic exceeds the speed limit.The aim of enforcement is to ensure compliance with the 30 mph speed limit in an urban area adjacent location to a NHS Trust site, and approach into Warrington town centre from high-speed rural roads.
